He is survived by: his wife Mary Davis of Ozark; his children, LeRoy Davis of Ozark and Laura Gates (Noah) of Ozark; his grandchildren, Cody Davis (McKayla) of Ozark, Lacey Buster (Colton) of Ozark, Noah Gates, Jr. (Olivia) of Ozark and Lexi Gates of Ozark; his great grandchild Deegan Buster of Ozark; his siblings, Barbara Beesley (Bob) of Tulsa, Kay Matthews (P. R.) of Ozark, Lois Beaver (Joe) of Marionville, Shirley Ghan (Ron) of Ozark, Mary Elliott (Wayne) of Marionville, Gary Davis (Donna) of Marionville and Patsy Cogsdill of Republic; his sister-in-law Kim Davis of Ozark; and his caregiver Emily.
A graveside service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Jones Chastain Cemetery (135 Jones Rd, Ozark, MO 65721).
