It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Blake Thomas of Ozark, Missouri, who passed away on April 8, 2024, at the age of 44, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his father Gary. He is survived by : his children, Madison, Blake Jr., James, Katherine, Nora, William, Elena and Michael; his wife Lauren; and his in-laws, Richard and Micki Struckhoff. He is also survived by children, his mother, his brothers.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the Immaculate Conception Church (3555 S Fremont Ave, Springfield, MO 65804). A rosary was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 from 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
