She is survived by : her caregiver Jeff (Catherine); her sister Cindy Cook-Holdford; her daughter Kinsey; her brother-in-law Tracy; her mother-in-law Gretchen Jones; her siblings-in-law, Kim and Dennis Smith; her parents-in-law, Steve Hamlin, Angie Hamlin, Nick Hamlin and Laurie Hamlin Mathis; and also Betsy Hamlin. She is also survived by family members, friends, and neighbors.

In lieu of flowers, donations in my memory can be made to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network, Seasons Hospice, Springfield Little Theatre Education Department, or a charity of your choice.
