He is survived by: his adoptive parents, Jim Shikany and Anita Shikany; his sisters, Isabella Donegan, Shyanna Scroggins and Rachel Scroggins; his parents, Jason Rackley and Ashley Lawson; and his great-grandparent Troy Bohannon. He is also survived by many extended family members, friends.
