He was predeceased by: his parents, Keith Tatum and Marian Matthews (Pond); and his grandparents, Neal, Zoe Tatum, Joe Tatum, Leonard and Mildred Pond.
He is survived by: his wife Lisa; his stepfather Roland Matthews; his children, Lacey Stacey (Richard), Justin Tatum and Mollie; his siblings, Steve Tatum, Linda, Kelly Usher (Laurel) and Jill Johns (Randy); and his grandchildren, Brittany, Cameron, Lilly, Kensley, Karlee, Roper, Remi and J. W.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
