It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John David Glaze of Ozark, Missouri, who passed away on December 6, 2025, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Glaze and Margie Glaze; his sister Caralynn Pugh; his sibling-in-law Garald; his sibling's child Joey Pugh; and his brother-in-law Gilbert Scott.
He is survived by: his siblings, Edie Scott, Mary Galligher (Mike), Nancy Sims (OJ) and Tommy Glaze.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Greenlawn Funeral Home North (1700 S 15th Ave, Ozark, MO 65721). A burial will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 at the Cemetery Greenlawn Memorial Gardens (3506 N National Ave, Springfield, MO 65807).
In lieu of flowers we ask that donations be made to Mt. Zion Bible School in Ava, Mo.
