He was predeceased by: his parents, John Richard Thompson Sr. and Francene; Chester and Lillys Clugston. He is survived by: his wife Janie Thompson of Ozark; his children, John Richard Thompson III (Jessica) of Ozark, Abby Bilyeu (Nathan) of Ozark and Seth Thompson (Mykayla) of Pittsburg, Kansas; his grandchildren, Carter Bilyeu, Christian Thompson, Graham Thompson, Hudson Bilyeu, Jillian Thompson, Medley Thompson and Ezra Thompson; and his siblings, Fran Harding (Brian) of Tulsa, Felecia Cowan (Jeff) of Ponca City and Ed Thompson (Carla) of Pittsburg. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
