He was predeceased by: his father Patrick W. Keohane; and his brothers, John and Eddie Keohane. He is survived by: his mother Ann Keohane; his sisters, Katie Keohane and Beth Pottios; his brother-in-law Pete Pottios; and his siblings' children, Sarah Flemming, Ray Pottios, Annie Pottios and Jonas Keohane.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church (1288 State Hwy NN, Ozark, MO 65721). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at the Resurrection Cemetery.
