She was predeceased by: her parents, Millard McClaskey and Irene McClaskey (Elam); her sister Mildred; and her husband Roger Perry. She is survived by: her children, Steven Perry (Carrie) of Ozark, Ruth Ann Smith (Gary) of Junction City and Rebecca Colson (John Yates) of Ozark; her grandchildren, Melissa Smith (Ashley Green) of Bella Vista and Kyle Colson (Jessica) of San Antonio; and her great grandchildren, Ava, Leo Colson of San Antonio and Rainleigh Lynch of Ozark, Missouri.. She is also survived by two grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Thomas Funeral Home-Centerville (501 N 18th St, Centerville, IA 52544). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be given to the American Lung Association, the COPD Foundation, or the Ozark Nursing and Care Center, Ozark, MO.
