He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Goddard and Madonna Goddard (Roush); his wife Deanna; his son Tommy; his siblings, Joy Goddard and Bob Goddard; his son-in-law Scott; and his granddaughter-in-law Sheri.
He is survived by: his brother Dave Goddard (Charlotte) of Anderson, IN; and his children, Shawn Meyers of Schneider, IN, Sheri Flick of Ozark, MO, Richard Goddard Jr. (Melissa) of Ozark, MO, Jennifer Shaw (Mikel) of Morocco, IN and Samantha Goddard of Mocksville, NC. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Stitz-Clapper Funeral Home (214 E Washington St, Kentland, IN 47951). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at the Lake Village Cemetery.
