He was predeceased by: his wife Carol Lee Follis; his son Rodney; his uncle Joseph Shipman; and his parents, Maxine Shipman and James Follis.
He is survived by: his children, Sheryl Cochran, Charlotte Follis and Tyler Follis; and his grandchildren, Megan and Ben Follis.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the White Chapel Memorial Gardens (5234 State Hwy EE, Springfield, MO 65802).
