He is survived by: his wife Faye Murray; his son Jason Murray (Gina); his grandsons, Michael of Ozark, Missouri and Hunter Murray of Ozark, Missouri; and his brother Jim Murray of Eureka, Missouri. He is also survived by relatives and several friends.
