He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred Platt and William; his daughter Lisa Zwart; and his adoptive parents, William Mulder and Harriet Mulder.
He is survived by: his wife Beth Van Lier; his son Paul (Jenny); his grandchildren, Elijah (Audrey), Luke, Grace Price (Nathan) and Faith; and his sisters, Jayne Altheimer and Gail Marrs (Dick). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
