It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Reece of Ozark, Missouri, born in Edwardsville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 24, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Russell C. Hazell and Elva Hazell (Jones); her stepmother Marion Minerva Harrigton Williams (John B. Reece); her daughter Patricia; her brother William; her son-in-law Brandon Washburn; and her grandsons, Kyle Reece and Corey Washburn.

She is survived by : her great grandchild Ruth; her children, Janet Washburn, John Reece Jr., Pam Steckman and Russell Reece; and her brother Russell Hazell Jr.. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 24th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery (5201 S Southwood Rd, Springfield, MO 65804).
