With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Evelyn Baum of Ozark, Missouri, who passed away on December 27, 2025 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Norris and Letha Norris; her husband Harold; her daughter Rebecca; and her siblings, Lois Akins and Doug Norris.
She is survived by: her children, Mary (Jim Jackson), Patricia (Mike Whisler), Ann Vunovic and Matthew Baum (Terra); her grandchildren, Lindsey Payne, Jason Whisler, Bryan Whisler, Brianne Duvall, Jordan Jackson, Hope Williams and Spenser Williams; and her great grandchildren, Brooklynn Schweighauser, Emmitt, Ila, Millie Whisler, Sloane, Collins Whisler, Paisley, Delaney Jackson and Theodore Dalton.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to be made to Ozark's Food Harvest in memory of Shirley Baum. All donations made in her name will be directed to the St. Joseph Food Pantry she loved.
