He is survived by: his friend Phil Garrison; his daughters, Stephanie Thornton (David Lyons) and Kelly Johnson (Gilbert Johnson); and his granddaughters, Haven and Arlie.
A funeral service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the Greenlawn Funeral Home-Ozark (1700 S 15th Ave, Ozark, MO 65721). A burial was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at the Greenlawn Funeral Home and Life Tribute Center (1700 S 15th Ave, Ozark, MO 65721).
