He was predeceased by: his parents, John Arthur Somraty III of Tiszadada and Gertrude Estell Somraty (Powers) of Denison, Texas.; and his siblings, Mary Aegerter (Somraty) of Highland, John Arthur Somrary Jr. IV of Anniston and James Andrew Somraty of Granite City, Illinois..
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Jean Somraty (White) of Kansas City; his children, Gwenette Jean Somraty and Thomas Paul Somraty Jr. of Valley Springs, California; and his siblings, Rose Thornton (Somraty) of Collinsville, Helen Stone (Somraty) of Grants Pass, Shirley Pennock (Somraty) of Millstadt, Lawrence Somraty of Troy, Barbara Holifield (Somraty) of Breeze, Bonnie Leffler (Somraty) of Worden and Candice Somraty of Troy Illinois. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 20th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.
