He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Nix and Pearl Nix; his wife Doris Nix; his brothers, Harold Nix and Luthur Nix; and his brothers-in-law, Troy Robinette, Coy Robinette and Doyle Robinette.
He is survived by: his children, Teresa Reed (Terry) of Pacific, MO, Ron Nix (Rhonda) of Lonedell, MO and Mike Nix of Union, MO; and his brother-in-law Paul Robinette (Dora) of St. Clair, MO. He is also survived by six grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, four great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great and great-great-nieces and nephews, cousins and many friends.
