He is survived by: his mother Pattie Parker Hellmann; his wife Kathy Hellmann of Pacific, Missouri; his children, Steven LaFata of Jonesburg, Melanie Hellmann (Clark Kennedy-Paesler) of Chicago and Marah Hellmann of St. Louis, Missouri; his daughter-in-law Stacey Bendler (Ryan) of Arnold, Missouri; his grandchildren, Alison Lakey, Brandon LaFata and Madalynn LaFata; his siblings, Beth Moore (John) of Ballwin and Joe Hellmann (Stephanie) of Eureka, Missouri; and his pets, Sophie, Buddy, Cher and Rugby. He is also survived by his niece, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
