He was predeceased by: his parent Lee Bortzfield (Opal). He is survived by: his wives, Ollie and Maryann Bortzfield of Pacific; his daughters, Kathy Papish (Ray) of St. Charles and Betty Dalton of Ashland; his grandchildren, Jacob Monroe, Jessica Monroe, Brian Minton (Heather), Robert Dalton (Jessica) and Cheryl Vortisch; and his great grandchildren, Brendan, Chase, Paisley and Parker. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
