She was predeceased by : her father Blasé Susnic. She is survived by : her husband Mike Bates of Pacific; her mother Sandra Susnic of Pacific; her sons, Mike Bates (Kayla) of Kirkwood and Jeremy Bates (Katherine) of Gray Summit; her grandchildren, Bart, Will, Jethro and Tabitha; and her brothers, Curt Bates (Michelle) and Gary Bates (Lisa). She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Thiebes Funeral Home (231 E Union St, Pacific, MO 63069). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
