She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Martin and Leslie Arlene Kinzel (Parnell). She is survived by: her sons, David Sheets II, Keegan Sheets and River Sheets; her siblings, Charles Kinzel (Amy) and Crystal Kinzel (Jeff Hoffmann); her husband Jack Field; and her former husband David Sheets. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles.
