He was predeceased by: his father Larry David McCart. He is survived by: his mother Connie Lee Owens McCart of Cape Girardeau; his wife Sheila McCart of Pacific; his daughters, Tatum of Pacific and Jude of Pacific; his siblings, Tami (Kirk) of Washington, Missouri and Ty (Gloria) of Eureka, Missouri; his in-laws, Glenn and Marie Dunham of Pacific; and his siblings-in-law, Lisa (Jim) and Brian (Christy). He is also survived by six nieces and four nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent in Troy's memory to St. Francis Episcopal Church, 602 Arbor Drive, Eureka, MO 63025.
