He is survived by: his father Neil Cardinal Collins, Sr.; his girlfriend Ellen Campen; his children, Casey Livengood (Matthew), Courtney Collins and Catherine Collins; his siblings, Colleen Jannitto (John), Cathleen Collins (Kevin) and Michael Collins (Jennifer); and his grandchildren, Amelia Lyons and Chase Soetters. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many dear friends.
