Betty left this world on August 10, 2025 at the age of 87, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodrow Wilson and Virginia Mae McMichael; her husband Bobby K. West, Sr.; and her brothers, Woodrow Dale Wilson and Woodrow Wayne Wilson.

She is survived by: her children, Bobby Keith West, Jr. (Patty) of Palmyra, Ben Kevin West (Cookie) of Palmyra and Penny Kay West (Joseph Connery) of Columbia, MO; and her grandchildren, Joseph, Nicole, Brandon, Corey, Ben II, Jima, Charles and Joshua. She is also survived by 24 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.

Memorials can be made to the Shiners Hospital for Children in St. Louis or Maple Lawn Nursing Home.
