She is survived by: her father Virgil Lackey; her grandmother Geraldine Lackey of Shelbina, MO; her siblings, Jeffrey Lackey (Carrie) of Palmyra, Josh Lackey (Kim) of Palmyra, MO and Kami Lackey of Peoria, IL; and her siblings' children, Chase Lackey (Maddy), JC Lackey, Branson Lackey, Alicia and Elizabeth Lackey.
Memorials can be made to the Greenwood Cemetery or Donor's Choice.
