Norbert E. Witt Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Norbert E. Witt of Palmyra, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 23, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Meredith Witt and Edith Gieker Witt; his son Jonathan Witt; and his daughter-in-law Marcia Witt. He is survived by: his children, Meredith Witt of Palmyra, MO, Carolyn Avis (Chuck) of Clarksburg, MO, Marilyn Lewis (Mike) of Salem, IL, Warren Witt (Joni) of Tebbetts, MO and Myron Witt (Anita) of Quincy, IL; his sister Jadeen Hall of Camp Point, IL; his grandchildren, Cheyenne, Chelsea Calvert, Rene Gozia (Wesley), Alexandrea Jones (Kyle), Andrea Sellers (J. C.), Todd Witt (Allyn), Maria Richmiller (Josh) and Karina Genenbacher (Tanner); and his great grandchild Larry Wilkey. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
