He is survived by: his parents, Donald Leroy Fifer and Betty Maxine Turner Fifer; his children, Isaac Ray Fifer (Shelby), Derek Fifer (Elizabeth) and Anya Fifer; and his brother Donnie Fifer (Sharon). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
