With solemn reverence, we commemorate Celeste Marie Vaughn of Paris, Missouri, whose life came to an end on October 16, 2025 at the age of 44, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Vaughn and Jan Duckworth Vaughn; and her grandfather Earl "Buddy" Duckworth of Macon. She is survived by: her children, Hannah, Emily, Paxtyn and Willow; her siblings, Nathan Vaughn of Paris, Sara Martin of Moberly and Alisha Owens of Huntsville; her grandmothers, Doris Duckworth of Macon and Charlotte Wohlbold of Moberly; and her grandchildren, Janika, Anjelika, Liam, Logan and Hartliee. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the First Christian Church of Paris (108 N Washington St, Paris, MO 65275). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Monroe County Cancer Supporters, 18589 Monroe Rd 425, Paris, MO, 65275, or simply take a moment to call someone you love and tell them so—because Celeste never let a day go by without reminding her people how much they mattered.
