He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Elliott and Dorothy Hill Elliott; his sister Connie McConnell; his parents-in-law, Tudie Studer and Alberta Studer; and his siblings-in-law, Bobby Fallaw and Kathy Hall.
He is survived by: his children, Deven Elliott, Magen Elliott, Lexie Woodruff (Mat), Eva Hultz (Dillon) and Peyton Elliott; his grandchildren, Anna Umstattd, Charles, Cory Elliott, Raelynn Woodruff, Braxton Hultz and Ella Woodruff; his siblings, Cecil Elliott of Moberly, MO, Richard Elliott of Maryville, MO and Janet Gonzales (Joe) of Chattanooga, TN; and his aunt Mary Hill of Moberly, MO. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
