He is survived by: his wife Deanna King of Paris; his daughters, Cindy Waldron (Pat) of New Mexico and Cheryl Butler (Tom); his grandson Lance Forbis (Jamie) of Centralia; and his great grandchildren, Madisyn, Roman and Zayon Henderson.
