Nancy Mae Swartz Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Nancy Mae Swartz of Paris, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 9, 2025 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elbert Wiley and Allene Elizabeth Adams (Hatten); her husband Dr. Bob Swartz; her son John Allen Houchins; and her brother John Adams.
She is survived by: her sons, Wiley Jack Houchins (Cindy) of Johnston, IA and James Scott Houchins (Jane) of Exira, IA; her daughter-in-law Sara Houchins of Woodburn, IA; and her stepchildren, Gregory Taylor Swartz (Jan) of Winston and Sara Lemke (John Suminski) of Janesville, WI. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the First Christian Church in Paris, MO.
