She is survived by: her husband Bill; her daughters, Melinda Gutierrez (Guy) of Nashville, TN and Jamie Martinez of Farmington, MO; her grandchildren, Ashley Nettles (Zakary Dodd), Allicia Hovis, Dylan Halbrook, Chris Benoist Jr., Emma Telles and Sophia Telles; her great grandchildren, Hannah Allen, Jaycee Allen and Bristol DeGonia; her great great grandchild Rhyker Gross; her friends, Tina Hays and Jerry Martinez; and her caregivers, Kasey Henson and Katie Forrester.
