She is survived by: her husband Danny Goins; her children, Kevin Goins (Felicia) and Pam Whitlock (Ernie); her siblings, Jimmy French, Marilyn Green (Ralph) and Dorothy Lowery; her grandchildren, Sierra Daugherty, Kendal Goins, Logan Eldridge and Amanda Vivian; and her great grandchild Grayson Vivian.

“We grew up with Betty when we lived on Park Ave in St. Louis. She was always so sweet to us. I can still picture all of us playing in the backyard. The entire French family was always so kind to our family. We came from 10 kids, so things were always hectiic. Mr and Mrs. French owned the furniture store next to us. They were always kind to us and let us roam around alll we wanted. So all of the French kids hold a special place in my heart. I will never forget any of those kids!!”
