She is survived by : her children, Nicolle Ford (Phil) and Jeff Ford; her grandchildren, Hannah Stubbs, Noah Stubbs, Marcus Wolfe and Cora Ford; and her siblings, Sandy Walsh (Tom), Cindy Luna (Kevin) and Ron Hoops (Jan).

Margaret Cammarata wrote a sympathy message

“So sad to hear of the passing of Connie. I first met her as my son’s sister-in-law. Then I would see her at Schaefer’s Hobby shop, she was very talented making jewelry. She would try and help me and end up making the whole necklace for me. She was always very kind to me. I will continue my prayers for her immediate and extended family. Margaret C”
