Hendriks (Andrew); her grandchildren, Madison Calcaterra, Braeden Hendriks, Aubrey Hendriks and Dakota Merriman; and her siblings, Patricia Rudd, Dianne Braasch (Scott), John Rudd (Hope) and Michael Rudd (Irma). She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
