He is survived by: his wife Helen Burggraaf (Whitaker); his children, Sherry Lynette Kernan and Darin Lee Burggraaf (Shonda); and his siblings, Rozann Chere Burggraaf, Donald Kevin Burggraaf (Cynthia) and Bonita LaVon Moore (Dennis). He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
