He was predeceased by: his parents, William Edward and Minnie Williams (Dempsey); his granddaughter Ashley; his siblings, Connie Ramsey, Randy, Bruce and William "Bill" Terry Williams; his daughter-in-law Elizabeth Williams; and his sister-in-law Debra Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Williams (Harris); his children, Teresa Gleghorn (John), Brian Williams (Shannon), Mark Williams (Brianna) and Tommie Williams II (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Caleb (Taylor), Jacob, Nicholas, Austin, Megan, Rachael (William), Samuel (Hadyn), Kaden, Savannah, Elisha, Levi, Annalise, Abigail, Zion, Lucas, Kameron and Kailey; and his siblings, Mike Williams, Deborah O'Neail (Ernest) and Sharon Goad (Brent). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
