She was predeceased by : her boyfriend Kenneth McKee; her stepfather James E. Booker, Sr.; her brother James R. Haddock; and her stepsister Judith Bartlett. She is survived by : her parent Mary Booker (White); her siblings, MaryAnn Hornaday, Norma J. Haddock, Barbara L. Ellis, Cindy Johnson, Anna M. Guay (Patrick), Mary Davis (James), Don R. Haddock (Jill) and James E. Booker (Patricia); and her stepsiblings, Nancy Stewart of Vermont, Carol Booker of Massachusetts, Kathy Ames of New Hampshire, Rhonda Bradbury of Vermont and James E Booker Jr. of North Carolina. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
