He is survived by: his wife LaDonna Mills; his sons, Harold Ray Mills and Jerry Lynn Mills; his brother Darold Mills; his sister-in-law Lee Ann Mills; his siblings, Bill, Marsha, Sandy and Mary Lou; and his nephews, Scott, Tim and Todd. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
