He is survived by : his son James Garrett Raines; his granddaughter Erykah Raines; his grandson-in-law Kolin Skinner; his brother Mike Raines; his cousin Anne Strangmeier; his aunt Bo Raines; his mother-in-law Margie Cook; his sister-in-law Karen Barks; and his nieces and nephews, Lisa Tejero, Chris Barks, Noah Barks, Michael Joe Raines, Beth Raines, Heather Raines, Candy Wright and Mitch Tejero.
