He is survived by: his wife Lynne Teeter; his daughter Heather Hamilton (Chris); his granddaughter Lucy Hamilton; his sister Linda Carter (Jeff); and his brother-in-law Michael Gault (Diana). He is also survived by nephews, nieces, and friends.
