She was predeceased by: her mother Carole Kimberland Skaggs; and her brother Kenneth B. Skaggs Jr.. She is survived by: her father Kenneth Skaggs; her husband Daniel Franks; her sons, Nathaniel Franks (Ashley) of Peace Valley and Matthew Franks (Kayla) of Peace Valley; her grandchildren, Tyler, Hayden, Cooper, McKinley and McKena; and her sister Tammy Kinder (Terry). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
