She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy McNeely and Lorraine McNeely; and her brother James McNeely. She is survived by: her husband Vernon E. Tanner; her daughters, Brandy Birdsell (Jeff) and Jenny Collier (Josh); her stepchildren, Jim Tanner (Jennifer), Julie Cantrell (John) and Jeff Tanner (Clara); and her grandchildren, Savannah (Noah), Vanessa, Danielle, Bronson, Jake (Toni), Jaymee (Brennan), Mark, Joe and Jackie.
