He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Marie Benbow of Peculiar, Missouri; his sons, Charles Eugene Benbow of Peculiar and Timothy Richard Benbow of Lincoln, Nebraska; his grandchildren, Nolan, Naden Benbow, Emerson and Rilyn Benbow; and also John Dale Benbow (Charleen) of Appleton City, Missouri..
A graveside service was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Oak Hill Cemetery (715 E Mill St, Butler, MO 64730).
