He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Carter and Bonnie Carter. He is survived by: his wife Virginia; his sons, Todd and Ted; and his sisters, Karen and Kathy. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 3rd 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Woods Chapel United Methodist Church (4725 NE Lakewood Way, Lee's Summit, MO 64064). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 3rd 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the same location.
