She was predeceased by: her parents, Mervel T. Russell and Carrie N. Russell; her husband Kenneth Ratcliffe; her daughter Annette Bryant; her sister Sara Smith; her grandson Kenneth Thomas; and her great grandchild Bailey Daugherty.
She is survived by: her children, Laura Zwarts, Kathie Ratcliffe Kirk, Sharon Davis and Keith Ratcliffe; and her siblings, Pru Daugherty, David Russell, Lyn Russell and Ken Russell.
