She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Quick and Mary Riedl; her husband Charles Headley; her niece Shelly Quick; and her nephew Keith Quick.
She is survived by: her children, Chasity Harmon (James) and Joshua Headley (Patrice); her siblings, Raymond Quick (Terry), Mike Quick (Peggy) and Theresa Quick (Ken); her grandchildren, Landon Headley, Olivia Headley and Greyson Harmon; and her nephews, Wayne and Brad Quick.
