She is survived by: her significant other Hannah Smalley; her parents, Trisha Holmes (Rob) and Jerry Hollingsworth Jr.; her stepmother Amber Hollingsworth; her parents-in-law, Chris Smalley and Tina Hineman; her siblings, Michael Hollingsworth, Alyssa Hollingsworth, Anna Holmes, Dallas Hollingsworth, Jackson Hollingsworth and Sara Smalley; her grandparents, Jana Carr, John Thronebury Jr., Deborah Goforth, Brenda Wilson and Susan Vinson; her aunts, Shannon Ross (Travis) and Angela Hollingsworth; her uncle Neal Wilson; and her nieces and nephews, Layla, Madyson, Emerson, Bryson, Grayson, Rekker, Rukkus and SJ. She is also survived by many cousins, extended family members, and close friends.
In 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic, Whitney made the courageous decision to become a traveling medical assistant.
