He was predeceased by : his former life partner Donna D. King (Wright); and his brother James F. King. He is survived by : his brother Jeffrey W. King of Blue Springs, Missouri; his son Matthew King (Laura-Kate); and his granddaughter Annika (Genevieve). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
